If you are a potential candidate of Better-Pros L.L.C identified above to receive this
communication and selected by Better-Pros HR team you may not disclose, print,
copy, disseminate, or otherwise use the information contained in this
communication.
Potential candidates can not disclose information about
1. Better-Pros ́ clients information,
2. Better-Pros ́ internal information.
Any information exchanged during the selection process is strictly prohibited and
may be punishable by law.
Potential candidates agree not to engage with Better-Pros clients directly or
indirectly and will only be able to engage with Better-Pros clients upon hire.

disclose it. By visiting our Website and using our services, you are accepting the
practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, please
do not use the Website or the relevant services.

Better-Pros - Except as described in this Policy, we will not disclose your personal
information outside of Better-Pros without your consent. When you create a
Better-Pros account, we will share some of your account details (such as your name,
email address, password and date of birth) within Better-Pros entities so you can
have a global single sign-on for your account that will allow systems to identify you
wherever you are in the world.
DATA DELETION.
The parties agree that on the termination of the data processing services or upon
Customer’s reasonable request, BetterPros shall destroy all the Customer Personal
Data and copies of such data to Customer, unless Data Protection Requirements
prevent BetterPros from destroying all or part of the Customer Personal Data
disclosed. In such case, BetterPros agrees to preserve the confidentiality of the
Customer Personal Data retained by it and that it will only actively Process such
Customer Personal Data during the period of 1 (one) year after the day of acceptance.

TERMINATION
Better-Pros may terminate or modify any Better-Pros Platform, member program,
product or service at any time without notice.
Better-Pros may terminate or suspend your account, delete your profile or any of
your Content, and restrict your use of all or any part of the Platform at any time and

for any reason, without any liability to Better-Pros, subject to applicable law.
You understand and agree that some of your Content, particularly that which is
displayed in an activity feed or in other public places on the Platform, may continue
to appear publicly even after your account is terminated, subject to your right to have
your Content removed upon request in accordance with applicable law.
These Terms remain in effect even after your account is terminated or you have
stopped using the Platform.
None of the Better-Pros parties will be liable for any direct, special, incidental, indirect
or consequential damages, including without limitation for any lost profits or lost
data, that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the platform or the conduct of
other platform users (whether online or offline), or attendance at a Better-Pros event
or Better-Pros partner events, or any content or any other activity in connection with
the use of the platform, even if Better-Pros has been advised of
the possibility of such damages. You assume total responsibility for your use of the
platform. Your only remedy against Better-Pros in connection with any damages
arising from your use of the platform or any content is to stop using the platform. If
Better-Pros is found to be liable to you for any damage or loss which is in any way
connected with your use of the platform or any content, Better-Pros' liability shall not
exceed us$100,00 or Euro 100,00 if you live in Europe.

PENALTY FEE.
In case of noncompliance of the conditions set forth in this agreement, a fine of
US$3.000 shall be paid by the agreement acceptor.
