What you'll do:
- Lead and manage BIM processes while actively participating in project production.
- Develop and maintain the company’s Revit library and contribute to the creation of office standards.
- Support project teams by ensuring efficient BIM workflows and best practices.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to streamline model integration.
- Assist in troubleshooting BIM-related issues and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Contribute to the successful execution of projects by balancing BIM management with hands-on production tasks.
Minimum requirements
What you must have:
- 3+ years of experience as a BIM Manager or in a similar role, with hands-on involvement in production.
- Strong knowledge of Revit, BIM workflows, and industry best practices.
- Ability to develop and maintain BIM libraries and office standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize project workflows.
- Experience in large-scale commercial projects, city centers, and mixed-use developments, including parking, retail, office, and multi-family components.
- An advanced English level.
